         Capabilities: Rout and bores for lock and hinges in flush or stile and rail doors up to 2-1/4" thick x 4' x  9' long, minimum width 16".  Also accommodates raised
         panels or moulding up to 3/4" thick.  The jamb clamping system compensates for jamb thickness and will accept flat, split and rabbeted jambs up to 1-1/4" thk.
         with a 5/8" stop  ( 1-7/8" thick overall ) There is no limitation to jamb width.

        Hinge Routing: Automatic hinge routing unit accommodates both 1/4" and 5/8" radius hinges up to 5-1/2" with turret stop adjustments. Hinge Centers are
        adjusted by positioning collars on a removable shaft below the router, and sliding the jamb clamping fixtures into position. 
        Extra shafts can be set up and " plugged in" for rapid hinge center adjustment.
        During the routing sequence the router automatically travels to each collar positions and dapps the pocket. Full hinges up to 4" x 4" can be attached to the
        door and jamb.

        Lock: Face bore adjustable from 2-3/8" to 5"  backset.  Faceplate is adjustable for square or bevel doors up to 3 1/2 degree.  From 1"x 2-1/4" up to 1-1/4" x
        12".  Self centering clamp system insures accurate latch and faceplate machining regardless of door thickness.  face bore motor is 5 hp. 3450 RPM, and
        faceplate uses  1-3/4 hp. heavy duty router.  Both drill motors feature Accu-Flex collet chucks so standard straight shank tooling can be used.
