RENEGADE DESIGN CONCEPTS introduces the TITAN DOOR MACHINE.
The TITAN is a multi-function, high volume horizontal automated door machine for the production of Pre-Hung Doors, Slab Doors and Hinge and Strike Jambs.
The TITAN is ideal for producing residential and commercial doors requiring 2, 3, or 4 hinges and will accommodate 1-6 to 4-0 doors in width, and 6-8 to 8-0 in height. Multiple machining selections are simplified with a bi-lingual touch-screen control panel which allows the operator to quickly change door and hinge specifications.

The TITAN can be utilized as a “stand-alone” machine or can be paired with the RENEGADE DOOR LOADER and/or the RENEGADE PRE-HANGING ASSEMBLY STATION to facilitate a higher volume production line.

    Fast, simultaneous routing of the strike jamb.

  4. AUTOMATIC LOCK & LATCH BORING

    Simultaneously drills lock bore, latch bore and faceplate in door.

  5. ADP-AUTOMATIC DOOR POSITIONER

    Automatically positions door for left or right hand machining with touch of a button.

  6. QUICK HINGE PATTERN CHANGE

    Change hinge patterns from 6-8 to 8-0 with the touch of a button.

  7. AUTOMATIC DOOR EJECTION

    Door and hinge jamb eject automatically.

  8. DUST COLLECTION

    Ducting and hoses provided for blower hook-up.

  9. BACKSET SELECTION

    Select from 23/8” to 23/4” with touch of a button.

  10. FRL

    Soft start and emergency air dump system.

  11. COMPATIBILITY

    Interfaces with the RENEGADE DOOR LOADER and RENEGADE PRE-HANGING STATION.

  12. SPEED

    Interfaces with automatic 6-Shooter Hinge Applicator and Pre-Drill Unit.
