Renegade Aerial Door Lite Pre-hanging Machine for inserting door-lights into metal doors, fiberglass, and wood doors, attaching brick moulding, and assembling door frame.
This design eliminates manual lifting of doors during the assembly process. Doors are rolled into the machine on non-marking wheels. Lights are inserted from the bottom with the depression of a foot switch. The door is then raised to spin over in order to attach brick moulding and assemble doorframe. Assembled door is then rolled on to the tilt arm and moved to a near vertical position for easy off-loading.
Pneumatic hand tools can be attached to air supplies underneath the light table. Bins surrounding the under-edges of the machine conveniently hold hardware and supplies.

Option: Adjustable sill corner supports and end clamps for 6’6″, 6’8″ and 8’0″ doors. Standard machine accommodates 6’6″ to 6’8″ doors
